Types of smallpox
There are two types of smallpox which are named variola minor and variola major.
Variola minor is less known than variola major and also accounts for graphs there is less than 2 percent death of infected ones.
There are more than 90% of the case seems, that is variola major.
These two types of smallpox (variola major and variola minor) are also known as hemorrhagic and malignant.
There is no cure or vaccine available for this infection but due to vaccination problems all over the world, this disease has been eradicated.
The people with a low immune system and has close contact with an infected person have a much higher chance to get infected. But there are some treatments are available which not may cure it completely but reduce its effect.
By using several types of antibiotics and certain types of vaccination it can keep the illness and other symptoms from beginning serve.
